PREPARE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Collecting materials before you start, will make the process a little easier. Most documents are required to complete Pre-Registration.

Visit Aeries Enrollment to begin the registration process. Instructions are included there as well.
The Aeries Enrollment link will be provided in January.

These questions are required for students enrolling after the school year has started, as all returning families are asked these questions in each year in August.

If any of the following are applicable to your student, please provide a current copy of the following:
1Current Copy of IEP or 504 Plan
if student has one, a copy is required during online Pre-Registration
2Court Orders or Leagal Documents
if relevant for school (e.g. custody, rights, restraining orders, etc.)
3Report Card & Attendance Records
if student previously attended another school

GETTING READY FOR THE START OF SCHOOL
Take some time to explore additional resources and programs to support a great start to the school year. There's plenty of information on our website, but here are a few highlights.

EXTENDED CAREExplore before and after school options for students. We have great programs on both school sites.

TRANSPORTATION / BUS PASSLearn more about bus routes, bus safety, and how to acquire student bus passes.

SCHOOL MEALSLearn about our food program, browse our monthly menu, and learn about our breakfast and lunch meal service.

SCHOOL HOURSSchool starts in August; the calendar is generally approved close to the start of the calendar year. Make a note of start and end times for each grade.

BVUSD CALENDARSPrint a PDF, access our online calendar, and learn how to integrate our calendar into yours!

SPIRIT WEARShow some school spirit when school starts in August. Explore a wide variety of spirit wear.
EXTENDED CARE & ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
Explore before and after school options for students. We have great programs on both school sites.
We've also included a public listing of other care options in the community and information about the 4Cs Preschool for younger siblings, or early learners who may not be quite ready to enter a full day of Transitional Kindergarten.

THE YMCA AT BVUSD
The YMCA operates an extended care program from 7AM to 6PM on both campuses for students in grades TK-6. Space is limited, so make note of Open Enrollment on July 1. Low and No-Cost Tuition may be available for qualifying families.

EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM (ELOP)
We offer a variety of enrichment programs and lessons outside of our school day. Qualifying students can participate at no cost.

THE 4Cs PRESCHOOL
To promote school readiness for younger siblings (or for our young learners who aren’t quite ready for a full day of TK), we host the 4Cs full-day preschool program on our third campus at Bennett View Drive. Low and No-Cost Tuition is available.
