TOMORROW | ONLINE REGISTRATION

Get Ready!

Online Registration opens tomorrow, August 1.

All families: need to complete the process while the Aeries Parent Portal is open: August 1 - August 9.

New families: will receive a separate message with their student's ID and Verification code. This is required to create an account, and is not required for returning families with an existing account. Look for an email yesterday (July 30) or today (July 31).

ONLINE REGISTRATION | AUGUST 1 - AUGUST 9

We encourage families to access our Google Calendar (see below for several options), as all of information and instructions are included in the calendar descriptions.

Here's a summary of what you need, in case you're not quite up and running on Google Calendar:

ONLINE REGISTRATION FAQS

What is Online Registration? Online Registration is an annual process that allows parents of enrolled students to update information BVUSD is required to have on file for every student. Parents will be prompted to update general student and family information (e.g., emergency contact information, medical conditions) and view & approve BVUSD policies and authorizations.

Do all families have to complete Online Registration? Yes, all families of enrolled students are required to complete Online Registration annually.

Do I have to complete the process during the August 1 - August 9 window? Yes, parents cannot access the portal after the window closes on the 9th.

Will my child be assigned to a classroom if I don’t complete the Online Registration process? No, we are unable to confirm teacher assignments until the Online Registration is complete.

Why do I need ID and Verification Code? These details are required in order to create an account in the Parent Portal for each student. Once an account has been created, only an email and password are required to log in.

Why didn't I receive an email with an ID and Verification Code? Only new families require these details to create an account. Returning families can log in with their email.

What if I forgot my password? If you're a returning family with an account, click "Forgot Password."
