ANNUAL PARENT DATA CONFIRMATION (PDC)
IN AERIES
BY AUGUST 15
Teacher assignments will only be shared with families who have completed the PDC by August 15.
Aeries Parent Data Confirmation (PDC) is our annual online check-in where families review and update every student's information for the year ahead.
Every enrolled BVUSD family, for each child — even if nothing has changed since last year.
Accurate records keep your child safe and the district in compliance, and they unlock teacher assignments on August 17.

Educational Benefits Form
COMPLETE EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS FORM
YOUR 5 MINUTES HELPS EVERY STUDENT
Formerly the Household Income / Meal Application,
this is our most important back-to-school form.
A short, confidential form reporting household income to the state — separate from PDC's two income questions, and not a meal application (meals are already free for every student).
BVUSD families are encouraged to complete it — even if you don't expect to qualify for reduced-price services.
More completed forms means more district funding for technology, after-school programs, and support staff — plus possible savings for your own household.
Every year, incomplete forms mean BVUSD loses funding and eligible families miss out on opportunities for support — including no/reduced-cost before/after school care!
CLICK THE ‘+’ FOR MORE DETAILS ⬇
WHAT IS IT?
The Educational Benefits Form is separate from the 2 household income questions during PDC, and it's actually an economic sensor for our district.
Meals are free now (for all students), but this form remains an economic sensor for our district.
MORE FORMS = MORE FUNDING
The Educational Benefits Form benefits every single student
in our schools and all eligible families, and it's:
HOW YOUR 5 MINUTES HELPS EVERY STUDENT
The number of approved applications directly influences the amount of funding our district receives from the state.
Completed applications help BVUSD secure critical funding for all students by funding things like: technology, internet access, after-school programs, instructional support, and more.
ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS ALSO BENEFIT
You may qualify for free or reduced-price services, support, and programs like:
home internet, extracurricular savings, and even before/after school care.
Plus, later on, eligible students receive college entrance benefits like:
reduced/waived exam & application fees and access to scholarship opportunities.
100% SAFE & CONFIDENTIAL
Your family's privacy is protected by strict federal law. The information you submit is completely confidential. It is never shared with teachers, classmates, or other families, and it is only used to secure school funding and target resources.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility details change annually, but estimated scales for 2026–27 are below.
Even if you're outside the eligibility window, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Monthly Income – by Household Size
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $3,400 | $4,300 | $5,100 | $6,000 | $6,900 | $7,800 | $8,600 |
For each additional person $880
It's confidential, fast, and makes a real difference.
